In this consultation we will delve into the hidden systems running in the background of your mind. These subconscious programs dictate how you respond to the world and are rooted in core beliefs formed during early childhood, when the brain is highly impressionable to external influences. Sometimes these blocks are created later in life when trauma overwhelms your nervous system. Identifying, releasing, and installing new beliefs will change your current situation to a more desired reality. 

 During the first 60 minutes of this session we will:

• Identify your personal goals whether they are physical, mental, or spiritual. 
• Conduct an energy reading and provide an in depth healing session to begin releasing stuck emotions and/or negative beliefs.
• Create a personalized plan to execute your goals. 

During the last 30 minutes:

• You will undergo a Guided Meditation that's infused with the healing powers of reiki PLUS sound therapy to further help release hidden blockages.

*Session only available to those who had the Discovery Consultation or Discovery/Recovery session within the last 2 months.*

First 30 minutes:

• Review and target goals
• Energy reading of client’s subconscious programming 
• Emotional clearings 
• Belief Rewiring 

Second 30 minutes:

• Guided meditation infused with reiki and sound therapy.  

Email will be sent prior to the appointment with a series of Questionnaires designed to target the goals of the client.
Includes: 6 weeks of in depth sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and goals. 
1- Discovery/Recovery Session* - 90 minutes.
5- Recovery Sessions*- 60 minutes each.
6- Homework Emails - 1 weekly email containing homework for 6 weeks; including: challenges, tasks, shadow work, and more. 

Each homework email is tailored to each client based on their goals.
