Retail Product Return Policy

We accept returns on retail products under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.
• Refund Type: All eligible returns will be issued store credit only. We do not offer cash, check, or credit/debit card refunds. Store credit can be used for future product purchases or services.

Services

All services rendered, including but not limited to massage therapy sessions, are non-refundable. Services are not considered products and, once they have occurred, cannot be returned, cancelled for a refund, or exchanged for store credit.

Return Process & Shipping

To initiate a return for an eligible product, please mail the item along with a copy of your original receipt to our business address.

• Return Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for all return shipping and postage fees. Rose Massage Therapy LLC will not pay for or reimburse any costs associated with return postage.
